Ce projet était un problème important et difficile à résoudre. Ils ont relevé le défi et ont développé un prototype avec succès. Afin de trouver des startups capables de résoudre le problème de tournées de véhicules avec une IA de pointe, nous avons organisé un événement en collaboration avec un accélérateur à Montréal. Parmi une trentaine de candidatures, nous avons vu un fort potentiel chez Funartech et avons décidé de collaborer avec eux.

We have had the pleasure of working with Nikolaj for a period of five months, a tenure where his experience, intellect, personality and clarity have been invaluable.
We (Tickster) already had a suite of products and software infrastructure in which an optimization problem was left to the end user to deal with. We saw a possibility that this could be automated and, as a consequence, made available also over the internet, without the need of manual intervention by a skilled end user.
Nikolaj has been instrumental throughout the process, from the early feasibility study through modelling and, finally, implementation of a solver. Working with remote expertise can be challenging but the collaboration with Nikolaj has been anything but — it has been fluent and efficient, in particular his commendable documentation and his care in ensuring testability of the solver.
I can therefore only congratulate those that have the privilege of working with Nikolaj.
